Public Institution Lazdijai Cultural Centre was established on November 11, 2003, by the decision of the Lazdijai District Council No. 5TS-205. The Lazdijai Cultural Centre is a non-profit public institution owned by the Lazdijai District Municipality. It was founded in accordance with the Law on Public Institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and provides cultural, cultural education, and other services to the public of Lazdijai District, as well as to other individuals.
Main Areas of Activity
The Centre’s core activity is providing leisure and cultural engagement for the people of Lazdijai. Some of the most well-known traditional events organized by the Centre include:
The international festival “Pasienio fiesta”
